TERMS OF SERVICE

Bookings

• All bookings must be made via phone , email or website form.
• Bookings are confimed once you have receive written confirmation.

Cancellations

• Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no access to property will be charged full amount.

Payments 

• Payment is due on the day of the clean unless agreed otherwise.
• Accepted payment methods include : bank transfer , cash , or agreed alternatives.

Access to property

• Clients must ensure safe access to the property at the agreed time.
• if access is not possible , the visit may be charged as a late cancellation.

Whats included 

• Cleaning tasks agreed during booking or consultation.
• Use of colour coded cleaning systems for hygiene and safety.

Whats not included

• Heavy lifting 
• Decluttering
• Specialist cleaning (unless arranged)
• Cleaning unsafe or hazardous areas

Right to refuse work 

Steel city sparkle reserves the right to refuse work if:

• Conditions are unsafe 
• There is risk to health 
• The enviroment is unsuitable for cleaning 

Liability & Insuranace 

Insurnace - Steel city sparkle is fully insured for domestic cleaning services 

Accidental damage

• Any accidental damage caused by us will be reported immediately
• We are not liable for items that were already damaged , losse . or poorly fitted.

Client responsibilities 

• Please secure valuables before our clean.
• Pleae ensure appliances and fixtures are in safe working order.
