How do I book a clean?
You can book by phone , email or through the contact form on the website. Once your booking is confirmed , you'll recieve a message with date and time.
Do i need to be home during clean?
No- Its completely up to you. most clients give me a key or let me in and carry on with their day.
What areas do you cover ?
I cover Sheffield and surrounding areas.
What cleaning products do you use ?
I use proffesional grade , colour coded cleaning products to ensure hygeine and saftey.If you prefer eco friendly products , just let me know.
Do i need to provide anything?
No- I bring all products and equipment unless you prefer I use your own.
Are you insured ?
Yes. Steel city sparkle is fully insured for domestic cleaning services.
Are you DBS checked
Yes. I hold a valid DBS check for your peace of mind.
What if i cancel?
Please give 24hr notice. Cancellations wih less than 24hr notice or no access to property will be charged the full amount.
How do i pay?
Payment is due on the day of the clean . via bank transfer , cash or agreed alternative.
What if somthing gets damaged ?
Any accidental damage is reported immediatley.
i am insured , but cannot be held responsible for items that were already loose faulty or damaged.
Do you clean ovens?
Yes. these can be added to any booking for an additional fee.
Can i set up a regular clean?
Absolutley. Weekly , fortnightly and monthly slots are availiable.
Do you bring a vacuum and mop?
Yes. Unless you prefer i use your own equipment.
Can i choose what gets cleaned ?
Of course. Every clean is tailored to yor home and priorities.
You can create a list , or i can recomend a routine based on your space.
Do you clean inside appliances?
Yes. Inside ovens , fridges , freezers and microwaves can all be added to any clean for an extra fee.
Can i book a clean for somone else?
Yes. Many clients book cleans for parents , elderly relatives or as a gift.
What happens on my first clean ?
your first clean includes - A quick walk through of your home , A chat about your priorities , A full clean tailoted to your needs. This helps me understand your home and set up a routine that works for you.
Do you offer key holding ?
Yes.Many regular clients choose key holding for convenience. Keys are stored securely and never labelled with your address.
What if i have pets ?
Pets are absolutely fine.
Just let me know if they need to be kept in a separate room during the clean.
Do you move furniture?
Light furmiture can be moved safely.Heavy or fragile items are not moved for safety reasons.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. If you're not happy with any part of your clean , contact me within 24hrs and i'll return and fix it.
How far in advance should i book?
Regular slots fill quickly , so weekly and fortnightly cleans are best booked in advance. One off cleans can usually be fitted in sooner depending on availability.
Do you offer same day or emergency cleans ?
Sometimes. It depends on availability. If you need a last minute clean ,essage me and i'll do my best to fit you in.
Can i change my regular cleaning day ?
Yes. Just let me know and i'll try to move you to a new slot that works for both of us.
Do you clean windows?
I clean internal windows as part of deep cleans or as an added extra.
Do you clean inside cupboards?
Yes inside cupboards , drawers and wardrobes can be added to any clean.
Do you clean student accommodation?
Yes student flats and houses are welcome , including end of tenancy cleans.
What if my home is very messy or im embarrassed?
Please dont worry Ive seen everything.My job is to help , not judge.
If your'e overwelmed , I can start gently and work at your pace.
Can i book a trial clean first?
Yes. Many clients start with a one off clean before setting up a regular slot.
Do you offer discounts ?
Regular weekley or fortnightly clients may receive priority booking and loyalty benifits.
